FT Áth Troim 0-12 Kiltale 3-08
A home fixture for our U/17s where we welcomed our neighbours Kiltale to St Loman's Park.
In a fast paced encounter, Kiltale launched a strong attack right from the throw-in, but Trim’s defence displayed great strength, preventing scoring attempts with Kayleigh once again strong between the posts.
The second half saw both teams step up their efforts, with strong play from midfield and the backs creating some good scoring opportunities with the forwards working hard against the Kiltale defence
Despite the girls' best efforts and work rate, Kiltale pulled away in the last ten minutes of play to take the win.
This young team continues to gain valuable experience as the league progresses, building confidence and refining their skills, setting the foundation for future success.
We wish a speedy recovery to Caoimhe, who unfortunately sustained an injury in their last match against Drumree. Her presence on the field is greatly missed
