🔴⚾ Our very first internal Hurling and Camogie camp for teens, held this week in St. Loman’s Park, proved to be a resounding success, offering two days of excitement and skill-building.
🔴 Under the blistering sun, 45 of our U13 and U15 small ball players were put through their paces by current Adult and Minor players Mark Murray, Leighann Massey, Alex Donoghue, Anna Foley, Chloe Butler, Bláthnaid Hughes, Alex Fox and Tadhg Foley, who generously shared their knowledge and passion for the sport.
⚾ A special thanks is due to our Senior Hurling Manager, Paul Kelly, for his invaluable contribution and sharing his vast experience and expertise, and to our Hurling Pathway Manager, Colin Byrne, for organising the event.
🔴 We are also grateful to ABC Gym for their support, providing great warm-up and activation sessions on both mornings and sponsoring fruit, snacks and protein milk to all participants.
⚾ Witnessing the players enhance their skills was truly rewarding, setting a promising foundation for future camps.
